How many times a week should I train?

A.

We recommend 3-4 times a week but if your body feels up to it there is no reason why you can't do more.

Can I do more than one of the workouts in a row?

A.

If you are a beginner or returning to exercise after a long time off we recommend you do only one workout a day.

You have so many workouts where do I start?

A.

We have designed the workouts for beginners, So we recommend you start at Beginners Episode 1 and follow the workouts in order. They get progressively harder teaching you new exercises and movement patterns.

How many times should I do each workout?

A.

You can do the workouts as many times as you like but we do recommend for beginners that you do each episode at least 3 times before moving on to the next.

What if I can’t do some of the exercises in the workouts.

A.

We have designed the workouts with variables to make certain exercises achievable. We also have separate mobility routines that can aid in helping you achieve your goals.
